Email notification - New Ticket

is it possible to generate a email notification when a new ticket is created (not assigned) ?

Goto page Manage > Manage Configuration > E.mail Notifications
Have a look at row "Status changes to new"
Enable the check boxes for the access levels you want to be notified.

Can you have it send a specific message.
I am looking to have it notify a group using an on call phone.
I need an alarm to go when a new ticket is created but not for every email that comes through.

Got this figured out.
I created a new user with the pager email address as a viewer.
I then have it notifying the viewers that a new ticket is created.
