How to edit the mail template generated by EmailReporting?

I am not able to find the file which generates the template while reporting via mail . The mail which is generated after adding a note via EmailReporting is quiet misty. I am trying to give clear cut report to the related users. Can someone please help me finding the mail file.
PS: I have already edited the default mail template while reporting any issue using email_api.php file in the core/ directory. Now I want to change the template of mail sent by EmailReporting plugin/
