Problems with attachment in issue

Hello,
I am using Mantis 1.2.15 with Ubuntu Server and PostgreSql Db. I'm having trouble with the Annex when I open a new issue, the attachment is saved normally, when I go to download the attachment, files are corrupted.
What may be happening? I also had this problem in version 1.2.10 updated to version and still the problem continues.
