Is it possible to import a project structure in Mantis through e.g. CVS?

e.g. I would like to create the following projects in Mantis through an import:

- Project 1
--Project 1.a
--Project 1.b
---Project 1.b.1
---Project 1.b.2
-Project 2
-Project 1.a
-Project 3

etc....

Of course it is possible, but:
I am sure that there is no such functionality that comes with standard MantisBT.
I am not aware that there is any 3rd party plugin that does the job.
