Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

Hi,

how would I resolve the following problem with Mantis.
There are issues created by our customers which get overlooked by our people. Therefore I want to get an alert for issues which stay in the status "new" for more than 1 month or so. Is there are standard functionality we can use from mantis? How would you deal with this situation?
