I have to migrate "mantis" 1.2.14 to 1.2.17
My question is simple:
must I pass through intermediate versions for this upgrade (1.2.15 and 1.2.16)

The upgrade process from 1.2.14 to 1.2.17 is quite easy and can be done in one step.
