Is Mantis finally deleted from repo of Ubuntu 14.04?

Hello,
I know, this is not the 100% right place to question that:
I noticed that Mantis has the status "deleted" in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS BETA packages . Neither "apt-get install mantis" works nor "aptitude search mantis" finds something. The over-all status of 14.04 is frozen. Therefore I have to assume that Mantis keeps being deleted in release.
Does anybody know a reason for it? Is this only a temporary status? Has anybody further information?
PS: I noticed the directory structure of apache has slightly changed in 14.04. Installing Mantis via "dpkg --install" throws errors during writing configuration. Who is responsible for building and changing Mantis“ debian package?
