I am trying to migrate from 1.1.2 to 1.2.17 on a hosted server.

I have successfully migrated everything, i.e. I've run the installation but the files that are associated to my issues are not appearing in my new installation.

My database appears to be "spot on".

My folder structures also are correct as is my configuration, and I have copied the contents from:
mantis-1.1.2/files to mantis-1.2.17/files

But none of the issues that have files on my old version appear in my new version.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Not clear what you mean with it.
Do you get an error message when trying to view an issue?
Or is there just a problem when trying to view an attachment of an issue?

Run admin/check.php
Do you get any errors and/or warnings?

Check also your web server logs for errors and warnings.

Working now. I had a bad value on my config.....
