I had an account but forgot my user name AND pw.

Trying the password reset option does not work as I don't remember the user name to enter.
Creating a new account gives an error because my old email address is still in system and duplicates are not allowed.


I created this account to address the problem but it uses my personal email account.

I need to reset my account using my existing work email. How do I do that? I looked in the FAQ and they are no help. I could not find any other threads related. hence a new post.

You can send me a private message with your old email address.

I don't see any links for a private message. WHen I click your name there is no link to contact you. so what am I doing wrong?

No you're wrong don't go to atrol profile juste see the PM button at right of his messages.
