Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

When a user with access level of reporter is reporting a bug, the product version input field is only about 2mm wide. It shows the drop list arrow, but clicking the arrow does not show the version list.
It shows correctly when users of developer or above report an issue. I have been thru the admin guide and cannot find any config that would help.

Any ideas?

Maybe none of your versions is set to "Released"?
If you want reporters to enter issues for unreleased versions you can add the following line to file config_inc.php

yea I figured out this today. I did not have any set to released. so none were shown. Sometimes my own stupidity makes me cry. Fortunately not that often.
