I am using version 1.06^. A newbie for Mantis. Installed on Windows2000 Server with MySQL but having problem with upload....please help.

Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a new section.

It might be stating the obvious but did you first select a file (either by typing the path in or clicking on the browse button) before clicking on the upload button?
