Hi everyone. We are implementing EmailReporting and after setting it up, this is the error message we're seeing in the cron logs:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_USER_AGENT in /home/website/public_html/core/mobile_api.php

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Which version of MantisBT are you running?
Which version of EmailReporting are you running?
What webserver software are you running PHP on?
Which version of PHP is installed?

Have you tried running without any plugins except the ones coming by default with MantisBT?
