We have installed Mantisbt an email reporting.
I have this problem.
When someone write to mailbox configurated in emailreporting plugin , the new issue is created so looks to be working. The email is sended , for example from informador2.p1.arold@gmail.com. In the new issue created the description field has
Description Email from: Manuel Camacho <informador2.p1.arold@gmail.com> and email test
When i change the issue state (closed) i configurate send email to a user inside the mantis and to the informer in this case will be informador2.p1.arold@gmail.com . Mantis send email only to user inside but not to informer .
In the system log i dont see nothing about trying send to informadr2.p1.arold@gmail.com
Is there any bug ??
