Hi,
I'm currently using the newer version of Mantisbt 1.2.19. As I was setting this up for use, I was thinking about the email part of this program. My question is? Is there a way that someone can send an email about a problem or issue from there email without being a member or signed in to Mantis? Email Reporting? Example: if I was having a problem or issue could I send an email to mantisbt as a problem so my administrator/helpdesk is able to see it without sending them the email directly? Please help with a solution or answer Thank you!

Well, I guess what I'm asking is, is there any way I can have people in my office send me an email through mantis about problems or what not without having to create them an account in Mantis to summit there issues? The link that you provided has a few file that seem like patches, but when I apply them it does not work and gives me and error page when I refresh mantis.
