Hello
I have added some steps in workflow but when i open a bug i dont see the buton "assign to" ? thanks

Check "Workflow Transitions" page.
Maybe "Assigned" is not allowed in current state.

I d'ont see where i can allow the buton "Assign to" in this page ?

Did you remove status "assigned"?

Yes i have removed it, i have created a new worrkflow based on the new status

The button "Assign to" would set status to "assigned" (or more precise to configured status in $g_bug_assigned_status)
The button is not offered because there is no "assigned" in your workflow.

You could reintroduce the assigned status or you could set $g_bug_assigned_status to one of your status values, maybe the value for "En Analyse" is what you need.

I have introduce the value status in the variable ($g_bug_assigned_status=EN_ANALYSE) but it dosent work when the bug is in en_analyse status i dont have the buton

Your very first screen shot from July 30 shows a small part at the top which seem to be warnings (red/violet background) in the "Workflow Validation" sections.
Ensure that there are no warnings.
