Custom Field Does Not Display in Export File

Hello Mantis,
I have added a custom field (Menu) and link it to all projects.
The field is automatically added in Manage > Manage Configuration > Manage Columns > All Available Columns.
And I have manually added it to View Issues, Print Issues and CSV Columns section.
It is successfully showing in View Issues menu > Viewing Issues section.
"Menu" is displayed when I use Print Reports.
However, it doesn't appear in CSV Export and Excel Export.
How and where to setup Menu custom field so that it is contained in the file of CSV or Excel Export functionality?
Please let me know if there is anything I missed.
