Hello,
I want to view file size in MB and not in Bytes.
As in given screenshot,File size is shown in bytes(13,286) which I want to view in MB.

There is no configuration option for it.
You would have to change the source code of function print_bug_attachment_header if you want it in short term.
You can enter a feature request at https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs to get a chance that it might be implemented in long term in a future version of MantisBT.
