Hello Trouble Shooters,

Whenever I update the issue and Add Note button is clicked. The page gets stuck, only way to open the page on next page using url. Sometimes same issue is reported more than twice if I refresh the same page while submitting the new issue.

Please help.

Just a guess:
Check database table mantis_email_table
Is it empty?
If not, there is a problem with sending e-mail notifications.
