Is there an alternative to Sourceforge for downloading Mantis?

According to Ars Technica, Sourceforge has gradually become an adware peddler:

So I'd rather avoid it if possible.

There is no alternative to Sourceforge for released versions at the moment.
Nightly builds can be downloaded from our own server https://www.mantisbt.org/builds.php

You may have noticed that we don't offer an executable for installation, just downloads of tar and zip.
I am not aware that Sourceforge wraps the download of those files into any (advertising or whatever) stuff.
Let me know if you find that they offer more than just the files that we uploaded to them.
