I have created two new statuses and there appearing across the bottom of the my view page but when i go to update an issue there not in the drop down list.Also as an administrator in the workflow transition page all boxes are checked(for next status matrix). Then if i log out and access as a manager and open the workflow page its completly different as in the checkboxes in the next status matrix. The two new status are not checked at all and iam getting this validation error. Also in the access level the two new states have @@ instead of a type of user.

Failed You cannot move an issue into this status
You cannot move an issue out of this status
Verified You cannot move an issue into this status
You cannot move an issue out of this status

Any help on this issue would be great.

Think i figured out why this is happing, created the two new states while issues were still open, registered a new issue in a new project and all states work here and their workflows, so its not recommended that new states be created while existing projects are open.
