Hello,
Is there a way to use different from addresses for different projects regarding notifications? We are integrating some Mantis projects to an external ticketing system via EmailPlugin, but the problem is that currently we have only one general from address for all outgoing emails: $g_from_email. And we would need to have different from addresses based on which project the ticket is assigned...

It seems that my googlefu is now failing me, so please pardon if this is a common information.

I didn't try but using page "Manage Configuration" > "Configuration Report" should do the job.

Goto bottom of the page, select "All Users" and "YourProject"
Enter value from_email in field Configuration Option
Set type to "String"
Enter the desired e-mail address in field "Value"
Click "Set Configuration Option"

And from_name is the other necessary config option to make this work well.

Is this documented somewhere, or did I just miss that part of documentation?

i have follow the steps but unable to get the result.

mantis always referring to my config_inc instead of values defined in my configuration report setup
