Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

I have everything set with the email reporting plugin. Only problem is I don't get any emails reported even though requests have been made. Only when I perform complete test on the mailbox, then all the emails come through. What am I doing wrong. Is there a setting to make the emails come through automatically and not have me do the complete test to get the new emails?

You probably need to schedule /plugins/EmailReporting/scripts/bug_report_mail.php to run every few minutes
