Help set access_level value from ldap users

Hi all,
please could you help me to understand if is it possibile to have a different access_level in Mantis when i log in with a ldap user?
I have connected mantis with my domain, after that i can login into mantis with a user inside a specific OU.
But all the user are REPORTER and i can't modify this value from the webgui, but only operating on the mysql db.
I need to distinguish REPORTERS from ADMINISTRATORS and other type of users.
How i can import this value in mantis directly from the AD?
