Great Work! Congratulations for this plugin!
Proposal for a small improvement:
Currently severity and status of new notes are defined by mantis standard. Perhaps a possibility to define them per email-account (like the catagory) would be nice. Same thing for the possibility to define some tags that are automatically assigned.

Currently a system is under development which should make this possible (it's more or less like the rule system in outlook)

But i'm afraid its taking quite a bit of time so don't expect it anytime soon
