Hello, sorry maby is not the correct place but i'm trying to download MANTIS 1.3.0 STABLE from https://sourceforge.net/projects/mantis ... is-stable/ but i have:

The webpage at https://sourceforge.net/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Any idea ?

In a first step I had to create a new topic from your post as you posted to a complete other topic in our forum.
Please don't mix topics.

Your issue is related to https://sourceforge.net/ which is a portal for software and not hosted by Mantis.

The message was: "might be temporarily down".
Check again, to see that is was temporarily down.
