Hello,

I use Mantis for a professional and wanted to know if it there's a way to disable email signatures that we receive .

We get a lot of enamel with too many signatures and would remove them.

Not sure what you mean with it. Mantis does not send any signature (at least not something that I know as something which is called signature)
Can you provide an example of such a signature?

Hi

There are several ways to remove certain content from emails

You need to go to Manage -> Manage Email Reporting -> Manage Configuration Options
Here you will find all the possible options for this plugin

• Remove MantisBT notification emails from replies
• Remove all replies from notes
• Remove Gmail style replies (English only) from notes (mail_remove_replies should be YES)

There is also a set of options under the group: "Strip signature configuration options (Experimental)"

• Strip signature from email body
• Delimited by
