Hey,

i am using Mantis 1.3.0 and Email Reporting 0.9.2

If a mail with three dots "..." in the text is imported the three dots are replaced by one question mark "?" in the end. Is that the way it should be or is there a configuration to be set by myself?

It should not do that and i can't seem to reproduce this on my side

Please enable debug mode, reproduce the issue again
EmailReporting should have written 2 files to the debug directory
Add the 2 files that start with "raw_" and "parsed_" to this forum thread

Please verify that you do not have any Collation errors on the EmailReporting Configuration options page
