Mantis send the link as .../css/view.php?id=13738

Hello
Bug mails send to the mail adresses when it's status change, it is ok but ,
some of the links in inbox like this "www.....com/css/view.php?id=13738"
Why the "/CSS/" added to link,
So when i click to link i can not see the bug because of "/CSS/" in send link.

I am not able to reproduce the issue using the given information.
Are you able to reproduce it using a fresh install of latest stable versions (1.3.5 and 2.0.0 at the moment)?

1- I assinged a issue to X user.
2- Mantis send mail to X user's mail.
3- X user opens mail and REPLYs a note, and send.
4- Mantis added note to issue,
5-Then Mantis send me the issue link as
http://www.abcde.com/css/view.php?id=15769
Why mantis added
CSS/ to link,

Maybe you changed original source of MantisBT or installed 3rd party plugins or you a using an old MantisBT verrsion and meanwhile the bug has been fixed.
