Mantis Guru to help upgrade

We need to update our Mantis install currently running MantisBT version 1.2.19 in order to support latest PHP (7.1). Can anyone recommend someone to help me? I have login credentials but I don't feel comfortable to properly backup and install the newer Mantis. Thanks in advance.
