Hello,

I have installed MantisBT 2.0.0 and configured LDAP. If a username is created in Mantis and matches a uid in LDAP the user can log in. If the user does not exist in Mantis, they cannot login.

In prior versions of MantisBT, 1.2, when an LDAP user logged in an account would be auto-created for them in Mantis. Was this removed in 2.0?

EDIT: Just installed Mantis 2.1 and cannot authenticate against LDAP at all. "Always gives Your account may be disabled or blocked or the username/password you entered is incorrect."

what platform are you running mantis on (linux/windows)?

I am on Linux, Ubuntu 14.4. We did do an upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1 using a new install of Mantisbt 2.1 in a separate folder and copying over the config and custom strings.

In that case I am not of any help. I created a plugin for windows based installations only.

Can you please share your LDAP plugin. I am running mentisBT on windows
