Filter assignment list according to a category

Hi
I'd like to give assignment possibility to a reporter, but only to an other reporter participating to same projects (not all reporters)
As i could see so far, it is possible to allow assigment from a given threshold (wich i did from REPORTER profile) but i didn't see anywhere how to filter assignees list (according to profil and project)
Did anybody had to solve this ?
