seems pretty impossible since it is given a fake email and is protected.

Lift protection recieve error can't email user

Change Email receive error can't access user because it is protected

Finally just deleted the darned thing directly from the database useing phpMyAdmin.

This needs to be fixed I think.

In the CVS version no email address is given and when lift the protection, it gives an error message (no email address), but it removes the protection

This is being tracked as #4578.
