download attachment result error file name

Hi All,
Mantis Version: 2.3.1
OS: MAC OS 10.12.4
Download attachment from Mantis is working normal on windows environment.
But It occur error on Mac OS,
When I click the link directly, the download action is auto starting, check the file name would be "file_download.php"
When I use quick menu function " Download Linked File", the file name would be normal.
When I use quick menu function " Download Linked File As ...", the file name would be "file_download.php"
Have any idea about this issue?
