EmailReporting v0.9.3.1

Hello there,
I noticed the new EmailReporting v0.9.3.1 is out. I want to ask some questions before i try to update it to my Mantis 1.2.19:
1- I should only uninstall and than install the new version ?
2- What about the config. Should i do it again from the beggining ?
3- Is there any risk ? ( data lose etc ?)
