Account recovery in the issue tracker

Can someone please assist with helping to recover my account in the issue tracker? No combination of email/username/password that I try (from memory or my password keeper) works - and therefore I can't recover my password.

PS. Trying to report an issue where the View Issues filters are not working for me as a non-logged in user. Results in the grid are not changing.
