Hello,

I've downloaded new version of MantisBT, created new Projects (screen no. 1 below). When I'm trying to add new issue, no 'Projects' select box is here (screen no. 2). How to attach issue to one of my (sub)projects?

Issues are created in project which is selected in the project selection list (top right of the page)
There will also be a drop down on the report page if you have selected "All Project" in the project selection list.
