Is there any possibility to autorefresh the page when any new issues comes?
Is there any possibility to highlight if some note has been added to the note ?

There are no push notifications when something is changed.
You can change "Refresh Delay" on page "My Account" > "Preferences" if you want to change the auto refresh rate of "View Issues" page.
