Hello,
I did search on Google but I not find answers.
I need to associate every issue to nobody, one or more customers, so I know if and which customers to update when a issue is corrected.
I know that I can add a custom multi-selection list field or Enumeration field but I would that the list be read from a table.
I have found the plug-in "Customer Management Plugin" but is outdated and no longer in development (it need jquery but this work until mantis 1.2.x).

How to I can resolve my problem?

If that plugin does what you want, but it's just no longer supported, please create a new thread in the new plugins forum so that we can talk about plugin-specific details.

But if you're specifically looking for a way to populate a custom multi-select field with results of a query, yes, that's related to core or maybe a customization.
