I have created a website for Mantis plugins.

You'll find:
- Hierarchy (display the project hierarchy)
- MantisNNTP (to post notifications into NNTP server)
- Weekly (send a weekly email)

And soon:
- Reminder (send an automatic reminder)
- Plugin Manager
- Wiki (another view of Wiki plugin)
- Forum
