2.14 in Chrome and Firefox shows different graphic rendering results

Hi
just installed 2.14 on my Ubuntu server and noticed that the rendering of the status boxes on pages like my_view_page.php delivers different results in Firefox and Google Chrome (both latest versions as well). Firefox renders all the boxes (see screenshots in correct colors) whereas Chrome renders them only in black.
Please advise.
