How to set the server roll of sysadmin authority

Although I am trying version upgrade work to MantisBT ver.2.14.0., I got the following error message during executing "install.php" module
Since sorry I don't know how to set the sysadmin authority to an id of "sa" user that adding member work of DatabaseRole'db_ddadmin' failed on SSMS, could you let me know this step-by-step method?
On the column of Attempting to connect to database as admin,
BAD; Does administrative user have access to the database? ( )
Building environment is;
・Windows Server
・IIS 10
・PHP ver.7.2.5 x64 edtion
・MantisBT ver.2.14.0
・SQL Server 2016 Express Advanced SP1
・SQL Server Management Studio 17.4
