Hello,
How are you? I have the following problem:
Install the mantis in a free hosting through "softaculous"
The problem I have is that when you create a user from the home page, you never get an email to confirm.
If I create it with the user Administrator: Admin> Admin Users> Create new user.
and I'll send you an email with your new password.
An email arrives, but clicking on the link shows APPLICATION ERROR # 1901

They help me?

I have the same problem as this, in 2024.

This appears to have never been resolved? Sometimes it just works? I have found many bugs tracking a similar issue, but no resolution on any current MantisBT version.

My installation is from a current download of 2.26.0. Admin and setup all working, but cannot add a user because of this error, which occurs when you click the link in the email sent:

APPLICATION ERROR #1901

The confirmation URL is invalid or has already been used. Please signup again.
Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a new section.
