Feature suggestion

Have a screen in mantis that allows you to edit a response email template that gets sent to the customer when the ticket is closed. It could have variables you use as placeholders for certain data in the ticket system. It would have a link for the customer to click on to "comment on the service you received" which will tack the comment on as a note to the (now closed) ticket and also email it to the manager of that project. Not sure if this would work as a plugin or not, since there are two different actions above.
