Does anyone know if there are any patches or updates that need to be applied in order for Mantis to work properly with the new Daylight Savings Time?

@deboutv: the problem is that the US has changed their DST 'start' date, I believe.
@mmatte: I'm 99% certain that this is more a PHP issue than a Mantis one. I'm not quite sure how Mantis would deal with it 'cleanly'... I'd look for a PHP update (or at least try and find out if it is already fixed).

Daylight savings time starts Sunday, March 11 this year, instead of the first Sunday in April. It also ends a week later (the first Sunday in November instead of the last Sunday in October).
