Removing filter fields

Hello,
I am using version 1.2.19 of MantisBT.
I saw many posts for this topic and I apologize for asking once more, but in none of those posts did I find the solution I need.
I need to remove some of the Filter options, be this by changing source code or any other way. Ideally I want to remove some of the fields completely (specifically Show Sticky Issues, Match Type and Relationship), so that no one can report on them, or see them anywhere; but even just removing the filters so they don't show up on the View Issues page.
How can I do this?
