Hello world! I Am new in the Community and want you to show me how to create a ticket with Mantis. Thanks in advance!

- login to your Mantis instance (enter username and password)
- click "Report Issue" button
- fill in at least mandatory fields
- click "Submit Issue" button

Your access level for the selected project is "Viewer".
Viewers are not allowed to create tickets.
You have to contact your administrator to change your access level to at least "Reporter"
