MantisGraph is not working version 2.15.0

HI
The rest of my mantisBT is working pretty well. I am just testing things out right now, adding some issues, changing statues, closing a few issues, etc
So then I clicked on Summary, and the Synthesis link works fine, but I believe all the other links are supposed to show charts.
I am getting some errors in the F12 console in my chrome debugger
See screenshot for more information. Hoping you can point me in a direction here on what to do.
PS
The errors I am seeing in the F12 console window, seems to be very similar or the same as to the error messages I was seeing when I tried to install and use 2 other plugins (Taskodrom and Announce). Not sure if it is all related to the same issue or not.
I am running on a Windows Server 2012. And the rest of Mantis BT web application seems to be working just fine. It even sends email out too, because I got all that setup right too, which was a little tricky. I am using a postgresql database for the backend version 9.6, and PHP 7.2.2
