Users have access Editor. One project have the field "priority" (during registration of bug), but another project
(absolutely identical) have not. But if I enter to "update information" for already registered bug, then there is a
priority (it didn't before) and I can change it.
Tell me, please, what can I do for that the priority will appear during registrations of bugs in all projects?

What version of Mantis are you using? There's no reason that I know of that would stop the priority showing up, but I'll see what I can find.

do you have have check the ASSIGNATION of the project and all right between the users into adm_permissions_report.php?
