Mantis showng email is sent for resetting password but user is not receiving any email

i am using gmail smtp server. first time when i configured it was working fine but now its not working. Can any one help ?
This is working on centos 7
echo "EMAIL TESTING LIVE" | mail -v -s "Testing of mantis email " haseeb.raza@p3care.com
but mantis email function is not working.
