view a bug available in Mantis from TestLink

Hi, We are trying to view a bug available in Mantis from TestLink using Link Existent Issue feature. We are able to view the issue detail only after logging into Mantis. Is there a possibility to view the issue without logging in to Mantis. Please suggest. Thanks

This depends on the way how Testlink tries to fetch the issue data (direct database access, SOAP API, REST API, HTTP page request) and your configuration (private/public projects, access level configurations, ...)
I assume there is a better chance to get an answer to your question in Testlink Forum.

When i click on a particular issue , i am getting the blank page .
This occur sometimes . Need to know why this issue is occuring .
Mostly for all its working fine . This occurs rarely .
Any suggestions ?
